This feature\u00a0will notify you of\u00a0any call transfer\u00a0outlier, as well as network or provider-related breakdowns. More, you can use custom alerts to know exactly how well your inbound calls are meeting your goals over a period.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Set alert conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>An alert is based upon a condition. And you get notified when this condition is realized over a period.<\/p>\n<p>In your account, you can add new alerts in the <strong>Reports<\/strong> tab. First, select the period and the tracking number or voice application related to this alert. Then, define the condition connecting a metric (number of received calls, number of answered calls or % of answered calls) with a value (is greater than 50%, is equal to 0, \u2026).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-742\" style=\"border: 1px solid #D4D6D8\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.dexem.com\/en\/files\/2021\/05\/alert-condition.png\" alt=\"alert-condition\" width=\"811\" height=\"163\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Below are a few examples of alert conditions to set:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When the number of received calls is equal to 300.<\/li>\n<li>When the % of answered calls decreases by more than 50%.<\/li>\n<li>When the % of answered calls is lower than 25%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Receive alerts by email<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In addition to\u00a0just viewing\u00a0notifications\u00a0in your account, you can receive them directly in your mailbox, when an alert condition is fulfilled.<\/p>\n<p>For this, go to the alert\u2019s edition form, and check the option to be notified by email.
