You can now block calls from specific caller numbers on the tracking numbers in your account. Calls from blocked numbers are no longer transferred to your company, and not included in your reports and billing. Callers from these numbers will hear a busy tone.
To block caller numbers, go to Account Settings in the user dropdown menu of your Dexem Call Tracking account. Then, add phone numbers to the list of blocked numbers. Any time, you can withdraw a number from this list. Then, calls and call data from this number will be taken into account again. You can also give the permission to an account administrator to manage blocked numbers.
